I call it “using subscribers to make subscribers” like much in the context of “using money to make money”. This simple list building formula can be summed up in two words: ad swap. Generally, you trade advertisements with other eZine publishers, preferably of the same mailing list size or bigger. You broadcast the eZine publisher’s advertisement to your mailing list while the eZine publisher endorses your ad to his list. Yes, you are actually cross endorsing or cross promoting each other’s offer to each of your mailing list. Your advertisement’s goal should be to get as many subscribers possible from the other eZine publisher’s mailing list to sign up for yours. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is Part 4 in the series of posts titled: <strong>“How To Stop Procrastination<br />
and Analysis Paralysis.”</strong> Today, we will find out how to deal with having<br />
too many things to do during the day and &#8220;not having time&#8221; for the<br />
productive tasks.</p>
<p><strong>C) </strong>If you live in a big city or simply have a very busy life filled with<br />
different responsibilities, places you have to be at, and things you have<br />
to get done, then you probably have felt the way I sometimes did. I am<br />
talking about not having to show for at the end of day. Don&#8217;t get me<br />
wrong, the day may have seemed to be extremely busy and tiring, but when<br />
you go over the things you did, none of those things contributed towards<br />
your personal goals and getting you closer to having an online business.</p>
<p><span id="more-109"></span></p>
<p><strong>One of the ways</strong> to deal with being &#8220;busy&#8221; and postponing the important<br />
tasks is to be in the &#8220;NOW&#8221; and feeling centered. Being in the &#8220;NOW state&#8221;<br />
or in the Present is a very important skill, which will not only help you<br />
build your business, but also increase the quality of your life and make<br />
you, as well as the people around you, happier. It takes time and some<br />
effort to acquire this skill; however, it is absolutely worth the effort<br />
when you make it part of your everyday life.</p>
<p>So, to center yourself, you simply need to take several deep breaths using<br />
your diaphragm instead of your chest.</p>
<p>It should look something like this:</p>
<p><strong>Deep Breath In</strong> - stomach expands outward, while chest stays the same.</p>
<p><strong>Slowly Breath out</strong> - stomach contracts inward, while chest does not move.</p>
<p>Using diaphragm when breathing helps breath deeper and as a result calms<br />
down the body and mind. Usually, this type of breathing is used when<br />
meditating.</p>
<p>The ultimate goal of being centered is that you will be able to focus much<br />
better and when you focus on one task, it gets done faster and with less<br />
perceived effort.</p>
<p>It may take you 10 minutes to complete something from start to finish when<br />
focused, instead of spending 30 minutes doing 2 tasks at the same time<br />
going back and forth between them and not completing them hundred percent.</p>
<p>I will conclude with a metaphor, as I have promised in the previous posts<br />
from this series (How To Stop Procrastination and Analysis Paralysis).</p>
<blockquote><p><strong>&#8220;The Street Of Green Lights&#8230;&#8221;</strong></p>
<p>Let&#8217;s imagine you are sitting in your car at a stop light, waiting to<br />
start moving towards your destination, which happens to be on the<br />
other end of this street.</p>
<p>However, you decide to wait until all the stop lights on the way to<br />
your destination turn GREEN, so that you don&#8217;t have to stop at each<br />
stop light. This would be so much easier and hassle free, because<br />
you will get to your destination faster. One word describing this<br />
would be - PERFECT, and that that would be the best thing to do, RIGHT?</p>
<p><strong>Unfortunately, this would be the WRONG way of getting what you want.</strong></p>
<p>Let&#8217;s think about it. Will there ever be this PERFECT situation,<br />
where all the stop lights ahead are green at the same time? Not very<br />
probable&#8230; Don&#8217;t waist your time waiting for the perfect time to<br />
start something&#8230; just get it going as soon as possible.</p>
<p><strong>Simply put:</strong> Take your journeys toward your goals and dreams<br />
&#8220;one stop light at a time&#8230;&#8221;</p></blockquote>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is Part 3 in the series of posts titled: <strong>&#8220;How To Stop Procrastination and<br />
Analysis Paralysis.&#8221;</strong> Today, we will find out how to deal with over analyzing<br />
and being paralyzed as a result. Also, we will discuss how to deal with<br />
information overload.</p>
<p><strong>A)</strong> Its very easy to start over analyzing when there is an information<br />
overload and you know &#8220;too much&#8221; or simply have too much information<br />
at your disposal. The Internet is full of information about anything<br />
and if you concentrate on accumulating more and more of it without<br />
consuming and actually putting it to use, you will soon get<br />
overwhelmed and might not even read or otherwise consume any of it.</p>
<p>The end result in this case would be: Time Lost&#8230; None, or Little<br />
Information Gained&#8230; No real results&#8230;</p>

<p><strong>OR</strong></p>
<p>You learn all kinds of wonderful things that you can do without<br />
applying it and start building your business in your mind instead of<br />
online&#8230; The more you learn, the bigger and better your imaginary<br />
business becomes, but the problem is that you can&#8217;t material profit<br />
from an imaginary business, can you?</p>
<p>As a result of having an information overload, you develop signs of<br />
Analysis Paralysis either you have too much information (ebooks,<br />
courses, video training, etc.) and don&#8217;t know where to start<br />
consuming it or you have learned a lot of information (&#8217;too much&#8217;)<br />
and want to make sure everything is done right and according to what<br />
you already know.</p>
<p>Most of the time, you just need to <strong>ACT</strong>, and the faster you act, the<br />
faster you are going to get the results. The faster you get the<br />
results, the sooner you know if you should continue doing it.</p>
<p><strong>Scary Point:</strong> You see&#8230; you might be planning and planning to do<br />
something that doesn&#8217;t really work anymore. Buy the time you plan out<br />
every single piece and analyze every inch of that decision, that<br />
tactic or strategy might not even work for you or simply past the<br />
opportunity threshold.<br />
<strong><br />
&#8220;The Faster You Fail, The Sooner You Will Succeed&#8221; </strong>(more on this in<br />
later posts)</p>
<p>There are TWO mindsets that you can adapt in order to overcome<br />
Analysis Paralysis and Information Overload issues.</p>
<p><strong>1. You Don&#8217;t Have To Get It Right, You Simply Have To Get It Going.</strong></p>
<p>In other words, you don&#8217;t have to be perfect the first time. It is<br />
important to get something rolling by getting the major pieces that<br />
are essential and you can always come back to fix the small things<br />
and tweak things.</p>
<p>This is extremely important on the Internet, considering how fast<br />
things move, happen and change online.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t sweat the small stuff, most of the time, it can be fixed faster<br />
than you think.</p>
<p><strong>2. Ready! Fire! Aim!</strong></p>
<p>No, I didn&#8217;t get it wrong, this is the fast track version&#8230;</p>
<p>This is another Anti Analysis Paralysis mindset that you can adopt<br />
and it is similar to the previous one.</p>
<p><strong>Aiming</strong> in this case would be analyzing, but you want to Fire first.<br />
<strong>Firing</strong> in this case would be getting something implemented and<br />
getting some action (visitors, sales, comments, clicks, etc.). As<br />
soon as you get some action and some results, then you can analyze,<br />
plan, and decide if it makes sense continuing doing the same thing,<br />
varying something to get different results, or completely abandoning<br />
the idea and moving on to the next idea.</p>
<p>These two mindsets should be enough for you to stop over analyzing<br />
and Analysis Paralysis. There is a short metaphor that I would like<br />
to share with you to better illustrate the mindsets mentioned above<br />
and general antidote for procrastination and Analysis Paralysis.</p>
